Fri. Aug. 29th   Make-your-own Beef and Bean Burritos!  You start with the tort, pile on the beef and beans, Pour over some homemade green chili then all of the toppings like salsa, cheese, lettuce, onions, sour crm and jalapenos!

Fri Aug 22th  Beef Pot roast with taters,carrots, onions, dinner rolls and dessert.  I cook this all day so it's very tender with rich gravy!

pork chops - mashed taters and some long lost faces (and bodies) to see - who could ask for more?!!?

Fri. July 18th  Beef  Stroganoff, salad, dinner rolls and dessert.

What is for dinner on Friday? Are the shooters there on Saturday and who'll be at the music jam and when does it start?

Fri. 4th  Happy 4th of July! We are having Beef ribs with my dry rub. In case you have'nt tried my dry rub, you will taste alittle sweet, spicy, salty, smokey, blackened on the grill.  And they're anything but dry. I'll have some BBQ sauce on the side if you must. Plus baked potato with toppings, biscuits, corn and of course dessert.   And yes we will have to pop off a few f-works, just small ones. So bring 'em if you have 'em!          We need some piro-guys for the job!! Us lady's will provide the ohhs and ahhs!

Fri. June 27th  Home made Spaghetti with Meat Balls, Salad, Garlic toast and dessert.  All you can eat for $9.50!  Food is on at 5pm till we run out or 9pm. So don't be late!

What's on for June 20th?  I'll be bringing a dozen or so hungry folks out (on Harleys) for dinner.  They're all looking forward to a "real" taste of Wyoming (the folks are from all over:  Georgia, Tennessee, Minnesota, and points beyond)

Fri. May 30th - Fajitas! Beef and or Chicken. The Beef is alittle spicy, the Chicken is mild. of course there's onions, red peppers and all the toppings! and dessert.
